If you suffer a work-related accident:

Report the accident to your supervisor or superior.

Visit the nearest FREMAP centre.

Request the referral note from the company.

In the event of life-threatening conditions: go to the nearest health centre and then notify FREMAP.

Admission and initial care
- The management team will collect your basic identification data.
- Your computerised and nationally valid Unique Medical Record will be created.
- The doctor in charge will assess your situation and define the initial treatment, tests and follow-up.

In the case of an in itinere accident, the following must be proven:
- The travel must be for work-related reasons
- That it occurs at a time reasonably close to the workday.
- That the accident takes place during the usual route from your home to your workplace without detours.
- A suitable means of transport is used
